American Enterprise Group Des Moines Headquarters Renovation
The American Enterprise Group (AEG) corporate headquarters project restores an eight-story office building in downtown Des Moines, originally designed by SOM’s Gordon Bunshaft in 1965. This in an invisible rehabilitation.The substantial demolition of walls and finishes was followed by elegant reconstruction to conceal new systems, including the addition of life-safety.
