The West Bottoms Flats revitalize and adaptively reuse four historic warehouse and manufacturing buildings to create market-rate apartments, micro-retail, and indoor/outdoor community amenity spaces. Providing revived atmosphere for residents while acknowledging and respecting the historical integrity of the area, the West Bottoms Flats restore new purpose to these existing structures.
