About the Project
DLR Group’s Overland Park office is a two-story, 25,000 SF office building and home to 90+ employees in Kansas City. The building is part of a mixed-use development master planned by the firm, in the midst of standing timber and meadows along Deer Creek. A renovation in the winter of 2023- 2024 completely reimagined the office with a new lobby, workspaces, meeting rooms, and amenity spaces, along with new MEP systems and technology upgrades. Elements of the office’s original design were preserved, maintaining a striking, immersive office interior with abundant natural light and views of the surrounding woods, meadow, and creek.
